About the role
The Field Sales Representative will promote HomeBiogas products directly to smallholder farmers in rural communities. You will create awareness, generate leads, and close sales while building lasting relationships with farming groups.
Key responsibilities
- Create product awareness through community visits, farmer groups, and market activations.
- Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Explain product value and financing options clearly to support informed purchase decisions.
- Achieve and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect and submit accurate sales data, lead information, and field reports using provided tools.
- Represent HomeBiogas professionally, building trust and long‑term relationships within farming communities.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably with smallholder farmers.
- Minimum 1 year selling to rural communities, ideally in agriculture or renewable energy.
- Fluency in the local language.
