About the role

Cynosure is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to deliver on‑site technical support for its laser‑based medical aesthetic equipment. The role involves traveling to customer locations in the Philadelphia area to install, calibrate, repair, and maintain advanced laser systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, calibrate, and repair laser systems, sub‑systems, and assemblies at customer sites or service centers.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain complete service records.
• Identify and report potential equipment issues that could affect project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and monitor account status.
• Collaborate with supervisors and senior technicians on complex problems.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in servicing medical or laser equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
