Finance Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Director of Finance in preparing accurate financial reports in line with tax regulations and Accor reporting standards, while ensuring strong internal controls and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Finance Department operations, manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, and prepare statutory financial statements and profit & loss reports.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, monitor cash and credit card transactions, and ensure timely invoice processing and collections.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and provide cost‑optimization recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
• Maintain internal controls, manage risk, and coordinate audits with external auditors and tax authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) required.
• Significant finance experience in the hospitality industry, including senior finance or team‑leadership roles.
• Proven track record in statutory reporting, month‑end/year‑end closing, and working with auditors and tax authorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting systems and financial software.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
