Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, reporting, and control functions for our operations in Kiambu. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, track variances and provide insights to management.
• Supervise accounting operations including payables, receivables and general ledger, and ensure compliance with standards and tax regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, manage performance, and foster collaboration with sales and operations.
• Monitor sales performance from a financial perspective and support pricing, revenue tracking and profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA‑K certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of finance experience with proven leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems, financial reporting and internal controls.
• High analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Integrity, accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
