Finance Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Director of Finance in delivering accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls, and developing the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, manage month‑end and year‑end closing, and prepare statutory financial statements and profit & loss reports.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely invoice processing, monitor cash and credit transactions, and manage payroll and inventory coordination.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, monitor expenses, analyze variances and provide cost‑optimization recommendations.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent).
• Significant finance experience in the hospitality industry, including senior finance or team‑leadership roles.
• Proven track record in statutory reporting, month‑end/year‑end closing, and working with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting systems and financial software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, withholding tax and internal control frameworks.
