Finance Systems & Process Management Lead

About the role

The Finance Systems & Process Management Lead ensures finance systems and processes across the Group align with strategy, delivering efficient, well‑controlled operations while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse finance business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps and standardisation opportunities.
• Assess finance system needs, define requirements, and design solutions in collaboration with IT, vendors and business users.
• Lead or support system and process improvement projects from design through post‑go‑live support, including UAT, data migration and cut‑over.
• Act as SME for Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Finacle and Way4, resolving user issues and providing guidance.
• Support digitisation, AI, RPA and other emerging technologies to enhance finance efficiency and analytics.
• Prepare and deliver training, develop user guides and manage change communications.

Required profile

• 5–8 years’ experience in finance systems, finance transformation or business process improvement within a financial services organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CISA, CIMA) are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience implementing finance systems and process improvements, preferably at a group or multi‑country level.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite core finance modules.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules.
• Strong understanding of banking finance processes and source systems such as Finacle and Way4.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements definition, system design, UAT, data migration and post‑go‑live support.
• Familiarity with digitisation, AI, RPA and workflow automation in finance.
