About the role
This one‑year Finance/Accounts Internship offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and accounting within a reputable educational institution. The role is based in Westlands, Nairobi and is designed for young Kenyan professionals seeking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake finance and accounts duties as assigned by the Head of Finance or Supervisor.
- Assist in finance and accounting activities directed by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties relevant to the internship as assigned.
Required profile
- First degree or diploma from an accredited institution, with certificate in hand.
- Unemployed Kenyan youth aged 20‑34, graduated within the last five years.
- Provide a recommendation/reference letter from the institution attended.
- No prior internship or work experience since graduation.
- Available for the full one‑year internship duration.
- Person of high integrity, goal‑oriented, dynamic, self‑driven and diligent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
