About the role
APA Life Assurance’s Mombasa branch is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Financial Advisors. In this position you will help individuals and businesses protect their future through life‑insurance and investment solutions while building a personal sales portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell life‑insurance and investment products to clients.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with individuals and businesses.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial protection solutions.
- Grow a personal client portfolio and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) and an IRA Insurance Agent’s Licence (training provided).
