About the role

ICEA LION Group, a leading financial services group in East Africa offering insurance, pensions, investments and financial planning, is looking for Financial Advisors to join its Thika branch. You will work with individuals, families and businesses to understand their financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings and financial needs assessments.
• Present suitable financial and investment solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on prospects and existing clients.
• Achieve agreed business and activity targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage; an IRA/insurance licence is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in financial advisory.
