Financial Controller – Investment & Defense

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead all financial operations and reporting for T3 Defense’s portfolio of defence and aerospace investments. The role supports M&A transactions, ensures financial integrity, and provides insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis and reporting across the portfolio.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
• Consolidate financial statements of portfolio companies.
• Oversee audit, compliance and tax reporting activities.
• Support due‑diligence for transactions and post‑deal integration.
• Provide senior management with performance analysis and risk insights.

Required profile

• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in investment, private equity or defence sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
