Financial Controller (M/F)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Controller to join our finance team. In this position you will drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS/OHADA standards and Group policies.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Support operational teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.).
• 5‑10 years of proven experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High integrity, accountability and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
