Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and delivery of group‑wide financial, regulatory and management information. You will ensure that all reporting complies with IFRS, group accounting policies and relevant regulatory frameworks while supporting strategic planning and value management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial, regulatory, management information and group reporting processes.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, analysis and strategy monitoring activities.
• Validate transactional data for accuracy, completeness and IFRS compliance.
• Manage external audits and maintain robust financial data systems.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, cost‑control measures and financial risk management practices.

Required profile

• First degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (CKA(K) or ACCA) required.
• 5‑7 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and audit management.
• Proven leadership, people‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
