FinOps Analyst

About the role

Sumsub is looking for a FinOps Analyst to take ownership of our AWS cloud spend. You will build cloud cost intelligence from the ground up and directly influence product profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and manage AWS infrastructure costs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide real‑time cost visibility.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives and track their impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed cost‑awareness into development cycles.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency of cloud resources.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Experience or strong interest in cloud financial operations (FinOps).
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey cost insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
