Restaurant Manager – Lead Operations & Guest Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Nairobi location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of team members.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage operational workflows, inventory, and service processes.
• Address guest concerns promptly and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business targets and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create positive guest experiences through strong customer service focus.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and talent development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and health‑safety standards.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hospitality or service industry experience is an advantage.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
