Food Service Associate – Subway

About the role

Join our food service team to ensure a smooth daily operation of Top Star Express/Subway locations. You will deliver excellent customer experiences while helping the business stay profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner shifts.
• Follow all food preparation, cash handling, timekeeping, and sanitation guidelines.
• Inspect food items for proper temperature and freshness.
• Wrap and label orders accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dish washing and sweeping.
• Cross‑train in other store areas (e.g., coffee bar) and attend training sessions.
• Engage in friendly conversations with customers and teammates.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and work both collaboratively and independently.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle cash responsibly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn, attend training, and take on additional responsibilities.
• For lead positions: US work authorization, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
