Forensic Investigator – Electronic

Key responsibilities

• Proactively implement fraud prevention strategies and detective mechanisms against fraud schemes.
• Carry out fraud risk assessments and facilitate training on fraud prevention across the bank network.
• Conduct fraud investigations using advanced technology and best practices, preparing comprehensive forensic reports.
• Review and provide guidance within defined SLAs to reduce revenue losses and recover funds.
• Recommend changes to fraud management methodologies while minimizing negative customer impact.
• Track fraud trends, prepare periodic summaries, and update the fraud database to enhance overall fraud management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Banking, Law, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFIP, CFE, CISA, CSM or other forensic investigation credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations with a focus on forensic investigations and fraud prevention.
• At least 5 years of analytical experience using techniques like regression, clustering, neural networks, and decision trees.
• Demonstrated leadership on high‑profile assignments for at least 3 years.
