Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading global technology services firm. In this fully remote position you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate, and scale AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and high adoption rates.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real‑time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback, refine solutions, and incorporate customer requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems to aid ongoing operations and future roll‑outs.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a track record of diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
