Founding Growth Partner – Football Communities (Equity Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Growth Partner to lead the expansion of Fanverse’s football communities. This equity‑only position will focus on attracting real fans, sparking live‑match conversations, and making the platform the go‑to place for football discussion during games.

Key responsibilities

• Drive authentic football fans to Fanverse through organic outreach.
• Initiate and join football conversations on X (Twitter) and Reddit.
• Engage with users during live matches to boost activity.
• Activate and nurture team and country communities inside the app.
• Create natural awareness and keep discussions alive on matchdays.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of football culture and fan behaviour.
• Active participation in X (Twitter) or other football community platforms.
• Ability to engage in genuine conversations without spamming.
• Passion for live‑match debates and predictions.
• Consistent execution during match periods.
