Front End Engineer Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Front End Engineer Lead to join a fast‑growing non‑profit social enterprise that builds digital platforms encouraging positive health choices among young women and adolescent girls. You will guide a team of frontend developers while contributing hands‑on to the product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the frontend development team, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain the user‑facing components of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product initiatives and technical integrations.
• Apply software‑engineering best practices to guarantee security, performance, and scalability.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend engineering.
• Proven experience managing or leading a team of frontend engineers.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
