Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to create and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSS. This contract position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with design teams to turn mockups into pixel‑perfect front‑end components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Translate designs from Figma, Sketch or similar tools into functional UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive, mobile‑first design principles.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or frameworks such as SASS, LESS, Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging and performance tuning.
