Full‑Stack Product Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack Product Manager to join Rare Carat’s remote team. You will own the product roadmap, translate customer needs into specifications, and work closely with engineering and design to ship data‑driven features that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Write clear PRDs, create prototypes, and collaborate with engineers on trade‑offs.
• Design and iterate user‑facing flows, producing Figma mock‑ups when needed.
• Instrument releases, run experiments, and analyse metrics to assess impact.
• Prioritise features based on unit economics, conversion, AOV and CAC.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of product management experience delivering consumer‑facing products.
• Technical fluency to discuss full‑stack architecture, schemas and prototype tools.
• Strong design sense with ability to spot UX issues and create Figma flows.
• Business acumen to read P&L statements and defend roadmap decisions.
