German-Speaking B2B Outbound Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native German speaker to join a fast‑growing European clean‑energy company as part of a new outbound team. The role focuses on contacting independent sales professionals, brokers and real‑estate agents to introduce a partnership program that helps them sell solar and heat‑pump solutions to homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Call self‑employed agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real‑estate professionals to present the partner model.
• Explain the value proposition clearly and assess genuine interest.
• Schedule qualified 1‑on‑1 consultations for the partner management team.
• Document call outcomes, objections and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share recurring insights and themes with the internal team.
• Adhere to data‑protection, compliance and call‑guideline standards at all times.

Required profile

• Native German speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B phone acquisition, telesales or partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real‑estate, energy or telecommunications is preferred.
• Professional, energetic communication style with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to explain a new business model simply and highlight economic upside.
• Disciplined follow‑up and high standard of data quality in CRM.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET.
