Global Labelling Director, Content (Neuroscience)

About the role

Novartis is seeking a Global Labelling Director to lead content strategy for neuroscience assets. You will shape labeling across markets, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance while supporting product commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global labeling content strategies aligned with product and regulatory goals.
• Lead creation of core and major market labeling, including global and regional prescribing information.
• Define product claims and positioning using scientific evidence and regulatory insight.
• Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, safety, medical, and commercial teams to achieve global alignment.
• Negotiate labeling content with health authorities as required.
• Monitor regulatory developments and competitor intelligence to strengthen labeling strategies.
• Champion quality, compliance, and capability building through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree or equivalent expertise in a life‑sciences discipline.
• Extensive experience in global labeling or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to lead labeling strategy for complex development and lifecycle products.
• Strong understanding of drug development, benefit‑risk assessment, and safety data interpretation.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
