Global Senior Manager of Learning, Capability & Career Development

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Global Senior Manager to shape and deliver learning ecosystems that accelerate employee growth, leadership readiness, and organisational capability across our worldwide workforce. This role goes beyond traditional training, focusing on competency‑based curricula, structured development pathways and close alignment with business priorities and career aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee a global learning Academy that connects learning to performance, internal mobility and succession planning.
• Create competency‑based learning journeys, curriculum architectures and capability frameworks for employees at all levels.
• Develop and launch leadership, manager effectiveness, mentorship, coaching and career development programmes.
• Partner with the partner‑facing team to embed partner capacity‑building into the global strategy.
• Measure learning impact, capability growth and training ROI using analytics and reporting.
• Manage multiple global projects, ensuring cultural and regional relevance in a matrixed environment.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design and experiential learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to design competency‑based learning pathways that reduce time‑to‑competency and boost performance.
• Strong understanding of how learning integrates with talent development, performance management, retention, internal mobility and succession planning.
• Exceptional project‑management and stakeholder‑influence skills in a global, matrixed setting.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and analytical abilities.
