About the role
Lelani School is looking for a passionate Grade 1 teacher to deliver competency‑based curriculum instruction in its lower primary section. The role starts in January 2027 and is based at the Ruiru‑Kamakis campus.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) or Primary Teacher Education (PTE); Bachelor of Education is an advantage
- Valid TSC Registration Certificate
- Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience
- Training in Competence‑Based Education (CBC)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to holistic learner development
Required skills
- Proficiency in ICT
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching
