Graduate Programme – Logistics & Supply Chain (Kenya)

About the role

DP World Africa is launching a 24‑month Graduate Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain, starting 1 February 2027. The programme is designed for recent graduates to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become future leaders in the global trade and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured induction covering DP World’s operations and culture.
• Rotate through multiple business areas to gain hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain management and related functions.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Complete assessments and performance reviews that determine final placement within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a closely related field.
• Final year of study with expected graduation in 2026.
• No prior formal work experience.
• Not planning to pursue further studies in 2027.
