Graphic Designer & Video Editor for Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce high‑performing ad creatives for Meta and other platforms. You will work closely with product, creative and marketing leaders to turn ideas into engaging visual assets that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Design static graphics and video ad creatives tailored for performance marketing.
• Edit short‑form videos, including hooks, cut‑downs and campaign highlights.
• Add motion graphics and light animations to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the product lead, head of creative and marketing team on concept development.
• Generate new visual concepts and campaign strategies.
• Explore AI tools to streamline creative production.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design, wellness and platform trends.
• Deliver high‑quality projects with fast turn‑arounds.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for performance marketing.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to pacing and detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Fluent English communication.
