Group Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to provide best‑practice financial support across our international operations. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function for markets in the UAE, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and future expansions.

Key responsibilities

• Control routine accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts for the Group.
• Lead a team of accountants to ensure timely reporting, payables/receivables management and invoicing.
• Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of revenue‑share accounts across all B2B partners.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements at the Group level.
• Drive group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain detailed cash‑flow models to forecast the Group’s liquidity needs.
• Oversee finance operations in multiple countries and support new market entries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a multinational environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and account reconciliation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow modelling.
