Growth Manager, West Africa

About the role

Binance is seeking a Growth Manager to lead lifecycle marketing across West Africa. You will own the full user funnel—from activation to retention and churn recovery—while shaping strategies that maximise long‑term client value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute activation, retention, reactivation and churn‑recovery campaigns for West African users.
• Develop segmentation, personalisation and automated journey frameworks to boost client lifetime value.
• Create product‑offering designs, educational content and operational campaigns that improve funnel conversion.
• Implement A/B testing, CRM/email journeys and data‑driven experimentation at scale.
• Drive revenue and trading‑volume growth through behavioural nudges, incentives and gamification.
• Measure, analyse and report critical growth metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to localise initiatives and ensure cultural relevance.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle management and large‑scale campaign execution.
• Proven expertise in CRM, email marketing automation and user segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on user behaviour, retention strategy and data‑driven decision making.
• Creative thinker able to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital‑asset products.
