About the role

The Head of Awards, Localisation and Partnerships leads award management across the Kenya Country Office, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, Save the Children policies and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for award management throughout the award lifecycle.
Establish and maintain robust systems, processes and controls for programme delivery, donor compliance and risk management.
Collaborate with Programme Development and Quality, Finance, Operations and Programme teams to implement and oversee awards.

Required profile

Proven experience in award and partnership management within an international development context.
Strong understanding of donor compliance, financial controls and risk management.
