Head of Growth – DTC Health & Wellness

About the role

GO Health is launching a science‑based sleep solution that combines a proprietary supplement with personalized coaching. As Head of Growth, you will own the end‑to‑end user acquisition strategy, turning pre‑launch buzz into rapid, sustainable adoption for a Direct‑to‑Consumer health subscription service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the go‑to‑market plan to scale the business 3–5× in the first year.
• Lead acquisition on Meta while testing new channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Amazon and App Store Search.
• Develop creative strategy, messaging, hooks and formats to improve ad performance.
• Identify and resolve growth bottlenecks like creative fatigue, rising CPMs, channel saturation and funnel drop‑offs.
• Own the full acquisition funnel—from ad impression to subscription—optimising quizzes, landing pages and conversion flow.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics (ROAS, CAC, payback period, LTV) to maintain strong unit economics.
• Build and scale the marketing team as the business grows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience scaling a consumer e‑commerce or subscription product through high‑growth stages.
• Proven track record managing substantial Meta budgets efficiently.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling acquisition channels beyond Meta.
• Deep understanding of the full conversion journey from first impression to paid subscriber.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
