Head, Screening Products

About the role

The Head of Screening Products is responsible for delivering global screening technology solutions across all business lines. Based in one of several locations (Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Poland or Malaysia), you will translate business and risk needs into a sequenced, feasible product roadmap and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Screening product roadmap and backlog, aligning them with strategic priorities.
• Translate business and risk requirements into product features, system rules and scalable solutions.
• Prioritise and sequence competing demands, dependencies and delivery capacity.
• Use data, insights and continuous feedback to refine priorities and accelerate value delivery.
• Partner with Group Process Owners, Hive Tech Leads and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
• Lead and develop a distributed community of Product Owners, ensuring alignment to a unified strategy.
• Balance innovation with risk, cost and delivery constraints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
