House Manager – VIP & Expatriate Families (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a professional House Manager to support VIP and expatriate families based in Qatar. The role combines high‑level housekeeping, child‑care, and household administration to ensure a smooth, comfortable living environment for the host family.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all facilities, common areas, and staff accommodation to a 5‑star standard.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep.
• Manage linen supplies, stock restrooms, and handle basic maintenance requests.
• Provide full‑time nanny services, including child safety, bathing, dressing, diapering, meal preparation, and educational activities.
• Coordinate household errands such as grocery shopping, laundry, and waste disposal.
• Assist guests and family members as needed, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in housekeeping, catering, or child‑care.
• 2‑3 years experience in 5‑star hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong command of English and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lb and handle basic maintenance tasks.
