About the role

We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join a prestigious luxury members club. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property, delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in member and guest areas, including fitness centers, locker rooms, spa facilities, lounges, offices, hallways, and restrooms.
• Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities as needed and ensure all areas consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Follow safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and chemical‑handling protocols; conduct routine inspections and address cleanliness concerns proactively.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests, report maintenance issues, and support special cleaning projects and deep‑cleaning initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, private club, resort, spa, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, professionalism, and a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lb, and operate housekeeping equipment safely.
