HR Business Partner – Onsite (Chandler, AZ)

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work on‑site at our Chandler, AZ headquarters. You will deliver customized HR service solutions that drive client retention and growth while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive‑level HR clients, focusing on compliance‑related needs.
• Manage client health, payroll trends, product consultation, and compliance navigation.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct onsite visits and remote meetings to meet KPIs, service levels, and profitability targets.
• Provide tailored solutions such as handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans, and onboarding processes.
• Review accrual plans for federal, state, and local compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with client owners, contacts, and on‑site supervisors to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with executive‑tier HR clients.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze payroll data and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
