HR Business Partner – Technology Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast‑growing technology manufacturing company in Nairobi. In this role you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and career development.
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
• Drive employee engagement programs and handle employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions and support regional HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and Kenyan labour legislation.
• Experience working in multinational or cross‑cultural environments.
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
