HR Business Partner – Technology Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent management and employee relations within our technology manufacturing region. The role involves shaping HR policies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑process talent management, including planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Establish and maintain a talent cultivation system, performance evaluation, and incentive mechanisms.
• Maintain employee relations, address employee concerns, and promote cultural integration.
• Ensure compliant HR operations and develop region‑specific policies on salary, benefits, attendance, and leave.
• Handle regional administrative HR tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; English fluency required, Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar role.
• Proven recruitment expertise and experience managing cross‑cultural teams in foreign enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compensation design, and talent management strategies.
