HR, Finance & Administration Analyst

About the role

The HR, Finance & Administration Analyst at Kumbatia Seafood Limited will handle day‑to‑day finance operations while supporting HR and administrative processes. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely payroll, and well‑organized digital filing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding customer balances, and handle accounts payable including supplier invoices and payment schedules.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with Kenya statutory requirements such as PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Affordable Housing Levy and NITA.
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks including transaction posting, reconciliations and maintenance of financial records.
• Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Organise and maintain the company’s Google Drive and digital filing systems for easy access and up‑to‑date information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• CPA (K) at Intermediate level or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA) – full qualification is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts roles.
• Practical experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books preferred.
• Working knowledge of Kenya’s payroll statutory requirements.
