HR Generalist

About the role

Support a fast‑growing team by handling recruitment, onboarding and employee‑relations activities. The HR Generalist will help shape a people‑first culture while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires quickly.
• Handle employee‑relations issues and provide guidance on policies.

• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to support cross‑functional initiatives.
