About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in Kisii. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Assist with leave and attendance records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a resident of Kisii.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Previous internship or HR experience is an added advantage.

What we offer
- Salary up to KES 15,000 per month.
- Paid after 3 months of internship.
