About the role
The Human Capital Business Partner will provide strategic HR advisory and business partnering to support organisational development, workforce planning and change initiatives within the Foundation.
Required profile
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional qualification such as HND/CHRP and membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- At least seven years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in an HR advisory or business partnering role within NGOs, international development organisations, consulting firms, educational institutions or funding agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, workforce planning, job evaluation, reward, performance management and implementing organisational change.
