About the role
The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is seeking multiple Human Resources Assistants to support its Staff Benefits and Entitlements Section. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya and reports to the Team Lead or Section Chief within the Human Resources Management Service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Staff Benefits and Entitlements Section.
- Assist with the implementation of staff benefit programmes and entitlements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes.
- Support the preparation and processing of HR transactions as directed.
Required profile
- Education and qualifications as required by the United Nations for a G6 level HR Assistant.
- Relevant work experience in human resources or administrative support.
- Ability to work within the UNON environment and adhere to its policies.
