Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic link between business objectives and people strategy for Liquid Intelligent Technologies Kenya. This role combines high‑level strategic HR functions with essential operational duties, driving organisational performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, onboarding, exits and internal mobility.
• Champion the rollout and adoption of new HR systems, policies and digital platforms.
• Facilitate clear, empathetic communication during transitions to minimise disruption and maintain employee engagement.
• Promote values‑based leadership and inclusive workplace practices across teams.
• Monitor team dynamics, morale and culture, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic HR generalist or business partner, linking business strategy with people strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives and drive organisational performance.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies and digital HR solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and stakeholder engagement.
