Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Teltonika is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its Nairobi team. You will partner with hiring managers and the global HR group to deliver a high‑quality employee experience while building scalable HR and recruitment processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360°) for all positions in Nairobi and regional needs.
• Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and internal activities.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one check‑ins with staff to improve the overall employee experience.
• Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and practices to align with global standards and Kenyan labour regulations.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation follow‑up, off‑boarding, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration with accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Provide empathetic support for employee relations issues and resolve people‑related matters.
• Collaborate with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily operations with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• 6‑8 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
