Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, culture, compliance and employee relations for a fast‑growing organization. The role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and requires a structured, emotionally intelligent professional who can support rapid scaling while maintaining a healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage hiring pipelines, write job descriptions, screen candidates and conduct structured interviews using scorecards.
• Design and maintain onboarding workflows to ensure new hires become productive within 30 days.
• Implement KPI scorecards, track performance, and guide managers on constructive feedback.
• Foster a respectful, productive culture, resolve conflicts quickly, and uphold organizational values.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and support professional development for high‑potential staff.
• Handle resignations and terminations professionally, conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth transitions.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high‑pace startup environment.
• Strong understanding of performance systems, talent acquisition and culture‑building.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and conflict‑resolution skills.
