About the role
We are looking for a Hardware Customer Service Specialist to provide professional pre‑sales and after‑sales support for our hardware product line. The role involves guiding customers through product specifications, pricing, and order status while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about hardware products, specifications, pricing and inventory, delivering accurate information to aid purchasing decisions.
- Manage the full order lifecycle—from confirmation and arrangement to delivery and final acceptance—updating customers in real time and resolving any issues that arise.
- Handle after‑sales service by following up on feedback, complaints and product problems, coordinating with production, quality control and logistics teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Organise and archive customer order information and demand records, supporting regular business sorting and optimisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, with patience and attention to detail when addressing customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) for information sorting and recording.
