About the role
We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team in Nairobi’s Westlands district. The role involves maintaining, repairing and optimizing hydraulic systems used in automotive and aviation applications. You will work on a variety of equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose and repair hydraulic circuits and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on hydraulic equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify faults.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements.
Required profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics or a related technical field.
- Minimum two years of proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components and fault‑diagnosis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
