About the role
The ICT Officer II will be based in Nakuru and will ensure the smooth operation of all ICT systems for the County Public Service Board. This full‑time position involves on‑site work supporting staff across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and network equipment.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain ICT equipment inventories and related records.
- Support data security, backup procedures and monitor network performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant experience in installing, configuring and supporting ICT infrastructure.
Required skills
- Computer systems installation and configuration.
- Network equipment setup and monitoring.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Data security and backup management.
