Implementation Consultant – PEO & US Payroll

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate system configuration, and a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end implementations for new PEO clients, gathering requirements and configuring solutions.
• Deliver training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
• Prepare onboarding calls, validate employee import files, and perform basic PrismHR setup (departments, worksites, divisions).
• Coordinate implementation meetings, update client tasks, and generate transition communications and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and Operations teams to improve processes and stay current on payroll regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with US payroll and client‑facing roles.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
