Inbound Booking Sales Specialist (Weekend Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven Inbound Booking Sales Specialist to provide weekend phone coverage and turn inbound inquiries into confirmed tour bookings. This remote position requires energetic, persuasive communication and the ability to manage multiple screens while guiding guests through the reservation process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (8 AM‑6 PM PT) and convert leads into confirmed tours.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover guest needs, group size, occasion, and preferred experiences.
• Apply match‑and‑mirror techniques to align tone and energy with each caller.
• Navigate internal booking software to process reservations accurately while handling phone systems and reference materials.
• Address objections, answer questions about tours, logistics, and hotel pickups, and close sales.
• Study tour offerings, scripts, and objection‑handling methods during downtime.
• Provide additional weekend coverage alongside existing booking agents to capture missed leads.

Required profile

• Proven inbound sales experience with a track record of converting leads into bookings.
• Strong active‑listening skills and ability to identify buying signals.
• Energetic, personable communication style with clear, professional English.
• Comfortable multitasking across phone systems, booking software, and reference materials.
• Willingness to start part‑time and transition to full‑time as business needs grow.

Required skills

• Experience with CallRail or similar call‑tracking platforms.
• Proficiency using enterprise phone systems.
• Ability to operate booking software efficiently.
